BOOT
CAMP: join Susanne & Michelle and take your workout
outdoors! Alternate laps with strength training. Use the stairs for heel raises, try some benches & boulders for
step ups, push ups, dips & planks, stumps are great for jumps, and logs for balance! Sprinkle in some walking lunges,
skipping & squats for a fun, full-body workout using nature's gymnasium. (class will meet indoors in foul weather!)
CARDIO SCULPT
INTERVALS: Raise your heart rate with cardio bursts, tone & build muscle using weights,
tubes, balls, & other toys! Ends with relaxing stretch.
CYCLE & SCULPT: circuit
style hour alternating stationary bikes & weights to provide cardio and strength that's over before you know
it. Abs/back/stretch included.
CARDIO & FLOWING STRENGTH: EILEEN'S BACK! HALF HOUR MIX OF CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING MOVES, FOLLOWED BY AN HOUR OF
CALMER CHOREOGRAPHY. THE SECOND HALF IS A MIX OF TAI CHI, YOGA, AND PILATES INSPIRED POSES WITH A GREAT MIX OF MUSIC
FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE.
CORE & FLEXIBILITY: USE A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT - WEIGHTS, BANDS, STABILITY BALLS, TUBES - AS WELL AS YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT - TO
DEVELOP CORE STRENGTH. YOGA-INFLUENCED STRETCHES INCORPORATED THROUGHOUT THE HOUR TO IMPROVE OVERALL FLEXIBILITY.

calories & get your heart pumping with 30 minutes of low impact routines full of aerobic classics like grapevines, mambos,
& repeaters! Wind down with an additional 30 minutes of Yoga-influenced poses
& Pilates movements for strength, balance & flexibility.
PILATES MAT: Beginner
to intermediate mat class. Pilates is a series of yoga-like exercises
designed to build strength, increase flexibility & agility, enhance posture, & improve body awareness. props used in Peggy's class will include small weighted balls, rings, AND FOAM
ROLLERS.
WEEKEND WORKOUT: a great way to start your weekend! format changes
along with alternating schedule of fitness break & guest instructors announced by e-mail each week. Suggestions
for music & formats highly encouraged!
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS (WOW): total body strengthening using tubes, bands, and other resistance equipment to promote
bone health, muscle strength, and boost metabolism. Incorporates balance moves and concludes with stretch. Suitable
for beginners & experienced exercisers.
yogalates: Focus on flexibility, balance,
and strength using your own body weight and Yoga-influenced poses.
ZUMBA PLUS: Zumba fuses
hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training
sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt. Class will begin with warm up,
core & weight work, then zumba dance for 30 minutes with Lara!
