You'll find us at the intersection of Washington Blvd and Patrick Henry Drive in North Arlington.
We're located in the lower level of Westover Baptist Church, and have ample parking behind the building.
Enter the parking lot from Washington Blvd, and park behind the church. Go through the rear
double doors, head down the inside stairs, and The Fitness Break is on the right at the end of the hall, Room #120.
We are directly across the hall from Levine Music School.

lot of the church and continues indoors at our studio.
