(20 minutes each of cardio, strength work, and flexibility training)
Interested in seeing the Fall/Winter line of Jockey Person to Person fitness wear?  Stay after class for some refreshments and shopping!

Keep exercising!  Win a prize!
 
Need an extra incentive to keep exercising at this busy time of year?  Put your name in the jar each time you attend class between now and December 24.  The more classes you attend, the better your chances of winning a fun prize! 
 
Community Service Project:  From now until December 13, the Fitness Break will collect items on the Arlington Street People's Assistance Network( ASPAN)'s wish list:  blankets, fitted twin sheets, flat sheets of any size, personal size toiletries, cereals, good books  particularly in Spanish. 

 
 
 Have you tried Bootcamp?
 
Meet at the Fitness Break on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.  Classes will begin outdoors, and finish inside to take advantage of our strength training equipment.
 
 
Our price is about half of what our neighboring boot camps are charging, so it's a great bargain! Don't forget to bring water.
